WHAT CAN I DO? Write, call and/or e-mail your County Commissioners
Let them know your concerns regarding the January 25th 2007 impact fee decision. They need to hear our voices, but they also need to hear the voices of those outside of our local construction industry. They need to hear a call for reconsideration from the average citizen; the average taxpayer and the average property owner. This is not just a "Builder" issue; this issue affects all citizens of Citrus County Click below to be forward to the commissioners email addresses (http://www.bocc.citrus.fl.us/commissioners/photos.htm)
Please consider writing a letter to the editor of our local papers?
Our local government officials, need to understand that impact fees are not just a builder or contractor issue. It is indeed a citizen and property owner issue.
Provided below, is the address of our local paper if you would be kind enough to write such a letter. Just a few words stating your concerns or the reason for your opposition is all that it would take. Won’t you please take a few moments to help?
